POSITION PURPOSE
The main responsibilities of the Shuttle Driver include transporting international workers to and from Lattimore Hall for work, taking employees for weekly grocery runs, transporting guests and luggage as needed along with Wine Tours for the rooms department. Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick up and drop off employees at Lattimore Hall for work which includes driving employees, assisting with groceries as needed and welcoming employees with a friendly demeanor Responsible for transporting guests on Wine Tours as guests book in for this activity which includes transporting guests and assisting delivery of wine purchases Take employees on "field trips" as planned by the HR department Transport guests to resort locations on demand Maintain cleanliness, maintenance requirements, and charging of vehicle Assist with luggage to guest rooms and room orientation for guests and employees Provide directions and planning information to guests and employees Light firepits or turn off firepits upon request Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Have valid driver's license and clean record Will need to complete defensive driving Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to navigate stairs and walk with purpose on uneven ground Ability to stand and walk unassisted Be flexible and easily adapt to changing needs and ability to prioritize those needs Ability to communicate well Flexibility with hourly schedules, including weekend, holiday and evening availabilities Benefits We are proud to offer outstanding benefits to all of our employees.
