Duties Safely operate shuttle vans to transport passengers across designated routes. Assist with loading and unloading cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a comfortable journey. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met; report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, mileage logs, and vehicle condition reports. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any operational concerns promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or similar commercial driving roles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; appropriate endorsements for passenger . Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling cargo or equipment. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety. Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus but not required.
