Duties Safely operate a variety of vehicles including taxis, shuttle buses, limousines, and paratransit vehicles to transport passengers efficiently and comfortably Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries with a friendly attitude Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of your vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during every trip Communicate clearly with dispatchers and passengers using radios or mobile devices to coordinate pickups and drop-offs Assist in heavy lifting tasks when necessary, such as loading or unloading luggage or cargo Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) or specific endorsements preferred but not mandatory Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, limousine service, or school bus operation is highly desirable Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members Knowledge of local streets, traffic regulations, and safety protocols for various types of commercial driving Ability to perform light to heavy lifting when required for passenger assistance or cargo handling Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are maintained Embark on a rewarding career that combines your love for driving with the joy of serving others.
