Drive a School Van & Make a Difference! (Take-Home Vehicle + $235• Bonus for Certified Drivers) About the
Role:
Join Hogan Transportation , a leader in special needs student transit for over 55 years. We are looking for dependable drivers to support students in Shaker, Beachwood, Bedford, Maple, Warrensville Heights, and Euclid. Convenience:
Take your van home! No commuting to a lot—start your route right from your driveway (requires a secure parking spot).
Newer Fleet:
Drive well-maintained, late-model vans.
Sign-On Bonus:
Already have a valid Ohio Pre-Service Certificate in good standing? Earn a $235 bonus after 30 days of employment (•following successful physical, drug screen, orientation, and route acceptance. Former Hogan Transportation drivers are not eligible for sign on bonus).
Specialized Pay:
Competitive hourly rates based on experience, plus an additional hourly stipend for wheelchair routes.
The Schedule Part-Time:
20-25 hours per week.
Split Shift:
Morning pickups and afternoon drop-offs, leaving your midday free. Requirements Age 25+ with a valid Ohio Driver's License for at least 2 years ( No CDL required ). Ability to pass an annual physical, drug screen, and FBI/BCI background check. Physical ability to move through the van, secure students, and lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to complete in-class training at our Willoughby office and pass the Ohio Department of Education online test. Pay & Benefits Starting at $16.00/hour (Higher based on experience).
