The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle. We pay $13 per trip around Oklahoma City Metro and a distance of 4-8 miles per trips in average. Responsibilities Safely operate wheelchair-accessible vans, ensuring secure transport of passengers with mobility needs Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking, providing courteous and respectful service Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to schedules and traffic laws Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate pickups and drop-offs Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger information Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage as needed Follow all safety protocols related to paratransit, heavy lifting, and vehicle operation Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine service preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience with commercial driving or school bus driving is advantageous Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with passengers and team members Knowledge of maintenance procedures for vehicle upkeep and safety checks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting passengers or handling equipment Excellent customer service skills to ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction Familiarity with paratransit operations and safety regulations is a plus This position offers an opportunity to serve the community by providing dependable transportation services while working in a supportive environment that values professionalism and safety.
Pay:
