The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. The Shuttle Driver will ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and operate in compliance with safety regulations. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including buses, motor coaches, and limousines, to transport passengers as scheduled. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner. Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transport. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle before and after each trip. Experience Previous experience in shuttle driving or similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of mechanical maintenance is a plus to assist with minor vehicle repairs. Experience in paratransit services or school bus driving is advantageous. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with passengers and team members. Customer service experience is highly valued, as providing a positive experience for passengers is a key aspect of this role.
