Job description: The Award-Winning Best Western Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport Hotel is currently seeking a candidate for a dual position as a Breakfast Attendant and Shuttle Driver. This role, which involves working from 0400 to 1100, requires a valid driver's license and the ability to transport guests to the airport in the morning.

Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities:

Prepare the breakfast bar for hotel guests, offering a warm and friendly service in line with brand and sustainability standards. Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from the pantry to the serving counters. Create appealing food displays and maintain cleanliness for food safety. Wipe down tables and seats with damp cloths. Collect and stack dirty dishes, then transport them to the kitchen for cleaning. Handle spill cleanups, broken dishes, and trash removal. Ensure an adequate supply of clean glassware, dishes, trays, and condiments. Fill beverage and ice dispensers as needed. Accommodate guest requests promptly. Maintain the pantry or breakfast area's cleanliness, including counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment, along with floor cleaning through mopping or vacuuming. Keep an eye on guest satisfaction scores and contribute to departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Adhere to sustainability guidelines and Millett Hospitality practices while maintaining safe work habits and using required safety equipment. Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements:

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred, or equivalent training.

Work Environment and Context:

Work schedule may vary and could include holidays and weekends. Job duties involve standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting items up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:

Transport hotel guests to the airport in the morning.
