Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and staff. Duties
  • Safely operate a van or shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to various locations.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers, adhering to scheduled routes.
  • Maintain the vehicle in good working condition by performing routine inspections and reporting any issues.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting if necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and mileage logs.
  • Participate in training sessions related to Paratransit services as required. Skills
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
  • Experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or limousine services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
  • Capability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.
