Service Manager/ Parts Manager Position Summary The Dealership Driver is responsible for transporting customers, delivering and picking up vehicles, parts, and paperwork, and supporting the daily operations of the dealership. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide transportation for customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other destinations. Pick up and deliver customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Deliver and retrieve automotive parts, supplies, and dealership documents as needed. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after transport, noting any damage or concerns. Maintain a clean driving record and operate vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws. Assist with vehicle inventory movement on dealership property. Ensure vehicles are fueled and presentable before customer delivery. Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and customers. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and light-duty trucks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review. Physical Requirements Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor work environment. Exposure to varying weather conditions and vehicle traffic. Flexible schedule may be required based on dealership needs. Schedule Part-time, as-needed position. Hours will vary based on dealership business needs. No guaranteed minimum number of hours. Availability during normal dealership business hours is preferred. May include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or Saturdays as needed. •This is a part-time, as-needed position that provides support to the dealership's service and parts operations based on business demands.
