This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and secure transportation. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help create a positive travel experience for all travelers you serve. This position is for Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays between the hours of 4am and 3pm. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicle along designated routes within airport premises and surrounding areas Assist passengers with luggage loading and unloading, ensuring smooth boarding and disembarking processes Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and routes effectively Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift to guarantee passenger safety Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance needs Skills Mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspection and minor troubleshooting Experience with paratransit services or shuttle driving in busy environments Must have a valid driver's license Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members in English Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all travelers Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on safety and service quality Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer care.
