Safely transport passengers using our app: Self-dispatch trips, assist with luggage (up to 50 lbs), and provide top-notch customer service (open doors, communicate professionally). Ensure vehicle maintenance, fueling, and cleanliness to maintain 5-star standards—earn bonuses for great reviews. If hiring drivers:
Manage your team, ensuring all are approved by the airport and meet our requirements; you're responsible for their performance. Adhere to airport rules:
Pickups/drop-offs only in designated Prearranged areas; zero tolerance for violations. Prioritize safety, timeliness, and client satisfaction—this is a self-managed role where your performance drives success. Requirements:
At least 35 years old (for insurance purposes). Valid Arizona Driver's License (no out-of-state licenses accepted due to airport rules). Spotless driving record:
No tickets, accidents, or insurance claims in the last 4 years. Clean background:
No felonies in the last 10 years; no misdemeanors involving drugs or violence (FBI check required for airport clearance). Airport approval:
Obtain permit/placard via fingerprints/background (1-3 weeks; we assist). Own vehicle(s): Must be approved (insured, well-maintained sedans, Navigators/SUVs, or vans); if hiring drivers, all must pass the same checks and be airport-approved. Experience preferred:
Van, shuttle, or limousine driving; strong customer service skills. Availability:
Flexible, but weekends, holidays, and evenings boost earnings. Physical ability:
Lift 50-pound bags; good day/night vision; no impairing medications. Non-smoking (cigarettes/marijuana); willing to undergo random drug testing. Live within reasonable proximity to PHX Airport for efficient operations (relocation if needed). Self-motivated with business mindset:

50% of all trip revenue (higher than our company drivers' 24-30%) + cash tips from passengers. Do $1,000 in trips everyday, make $500. Examples:
Based on $40-$45 minimum trips, top owner-operators earn $4,000-$30,000 monthly depending on volume and tips. Vans/SUVs often yield higher rates. No commuting pay, but full flexibility to maximize profitable runs. Perks as Independent Contractor :
