In this role, you will be transporting children to and from specific school locations. The individual will be driving a provided child care facility vehicle. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking for part time work. Schedules could be mornings, afternoons or both. Morning hours is 8am to 9:15am, afternoon hours is 1:30pm to 3:30pm. Summer hours would vary based on transportation to field trips with a 3 hour minimum provided. Duties Safely operate a 12-15 passenger child care center van to deliver children to and from schools. Ability to get in and out of the vehicle without assistance. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards Assist in taking the van for fuel. Provide excellent customer service by greeting school staff and professionally representing the child care facility Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating a passenger van Acquire a RI Chauffer's License Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety regulations for children

Yearly FLU Immunization Pay:

$17.00 - $35.00 per day
