Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
To operate and maintain Tiger Transit shuttle vehicles transporting faculty, staff, students and visitors to campus. Other Duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES

  • Essential
  • Transport visitors, faculty, staff and students in handicap accessible van and cutaway buses 10%
  • Essential
  • Provides maintenance checks of vehicles. 5%
  • Essential
  • Maintains records of passengers transported and miles driven with paper and electronic devices. 5%
  • Essential
  • Serves as ambassador for Parking and Transportation Services in public relation initiatives. Education
  • Experience in the operation or maintenance of heavy equipment, motorized vehicles or machinery that is directly related to area of employment Licenses
  • Drivers License Class D normal < 26,000 Education
  • High School or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 6 months
