Shuttle Driver (part of Hilton) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 9800 Queensway Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 Part-time Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach 3,896 reviews Part-time As a Shuttle driver, you will be using property-designated vehicles to transport guests to and from their destinations such as local restaurants, shopping centers, airport, sporting events, convention centers, etc. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsibilities Comprehends and abides by all traffic regulations while transporting customers to and from the property or other designated site. Lifts luggage, packages and boxes from cars, buses, vans and carts, placing items on the ground, onto baggage carts, conveyors or other vehicles. Listens, understands and responds immediately to customer and employee inquiries and requests for assistance. Greets customers with a friendly and sincere welcome. Remains calm and alert especially during emergencies or heavy hotel activity and handles complications from driving in the local community. Clearly communicates the features, and services of the hotel facilities. Maintains an alert and attentive demeanor. Maintains cleanliness of the hotel van by cleaning and washing it when appropriate. Takes van for periodic servicing and fueling as required. Other duties as assigned such as assisting as Door Person or Bell Captain when necessary.
