Duties Safely operate shuttle vans, to transport passengers or cargo across designated routes Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and professional customer service Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every trip Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and routes Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or school bus driving Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license suitable for commercial or passenger transport (e.g., driver license) Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with paratransit services or specialized transportation is a plus Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a difference!
