Your expertise in driving large vehicles combined with excellent customer service skills will help us provide top-tier entertainment transportation that keeps guests coming back for more! Responsibilities Safely operate party buses and motor coaches to transport groups to various destinations, including parties, events, and special occasions. Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition by conducting routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with passengers professionally, addressing their needs, and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere onboard. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving, school bus driving, shuttle driving, and paratransit services. Manage vehicle documentation such as logs, inspection reports, and trip records accurately and efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, safety procedures, and any special requests or accommodations. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior to uphold a professional appearance at all times. Requirements Valid driver's license appropriate for operating large vehicles such as a commercial driver's license. Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, limousine service, or delivery driver roles with a focus on customer service. Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude. Knowledge of safety procedures related to bus driving and vehicle maintenance practices. Prior experience in customer-focused roles that require clear communication and professionalism.
