Position Summary:
Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Corporate Shuttle Driver who will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between locations in accordance with a scheduled route using a 15-passenger van. They must ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety. Shuttle drivers assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle and ensure all safety protocols are followed. In addition, they verify passenger counts and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during transit. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to being a Corporate Shuttle Driver and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the shuttle along assigned routes and make designated stops
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and readiness
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, passenger counts, and trip logs
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate promptly with dispatchers or managers regarding delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns
- Pick up and deliver mail between offices as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant driving experience.
- A clean driving record is required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain professionalism in all interactions is highly valued.
