Position Summary:

Marcella Golf Course is seeking a friendly, reliable, and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to transport members and guests to and from the golf course and designated pickup/drop-off points within the property or surrounding area. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members. R esponsibilities : Safely operate the shuttle vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies. Transport members and guests between designated locations, including lodging, parking areas, and the golf course. Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and golf equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the shuttle vehicle; report any issues or maintenance needs promptly. Provide excellent customer service, including friendly greetings and answering basic inquiries about the golf course or property. Communicate with the Golf Operations or Guest Services team regarding schedules, member needs, or service issues. Follow daily driving schedules and adjust routes as needed for weather, traffic, or special events . Ensure all passengers are accounted for and that safety procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous driving or transportation experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading equipment Professional appearance and demeanor Must be dependable, punctual, and customer service-oriented . Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
