Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests between designated locations, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and offering information about amenities or local attractions. Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and efficiency. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest requests and internal communications. Maintain accurate records of shuttle schedules, guest interactions, and front desk transactions to ensure smooth daily operations. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, providing local recommendations, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Collaborate with hotel management on special requests or events that require transportation coordination or front desk support. Set up meeting space for desired table and chair configuration.
