Qualifications:
Active TX BCBA license required School-based BCBA experience strongly preferred Ability to provide training and supervision to staff and RBTs Fingerprinting with TEA (if not recently completed for a Texas school district) Flexible to travel to multiple campuses within the districtPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver behavioral support and interventions for K-12 general and special education students Collaborate with educators and staff district-wide to address disproportionality Provide hands-on training and professional development to district staff Supervise and mentor RBTs across assigned campus sitesBenefits and Perks:
