Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required. Previous experience in educational settings strongly preferred. Strong background in functional behavior assessments (FBA). Confident in training and supporting staff. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support caseload of approximately 40 students across K-8. Deliver training and consultation for BT's, focusing on classroom-wide approaches—responsibility for direct 1:1 student work is handled by BTs. Conduct FBAs, shape behavior intervention plans, and monitor outcomes. Collaborate closely with social workers, BT/RBTs, and educators to drive student success. Move between two well-supported nearby campuses.
