Work with both elementary (K-5) and middle school (6th-8th) students, moving between two nearby campuses with robust support from school social workers, multiple behavior/registered behavior technicians, and experienced special education teachers. The collaborative environment will stretch your skills, expose you to innovative methodologies, and empower you to make a lasting impact on a diverse caseload.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required. Previous experience in educational settings strongly preferred. Strong background in functional behavior assessments (FBA). Confident in training and supporting staff. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support caseload of approximately 40 students across K-8. Deliver training and consultation for BT's, focusing on classroom-wide approaches—responsibility for direct 1:1 student work is handled by BTs. Conduct FBAs, shape behavior intervention plans, and monitor outcomes. Collaborate closely with social workers, BT/RBTs, and educators to drive student success. Move between two well-supported nearby campuses.Benefits:
