Schedule/Hours:
Flexible schedule; floating between units as needed
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Valid certification/license as a Cath Lab Tech, meeting state and national requirements Experience in imaging and cardiac catheterization preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise nursing care Adaptability and confidence in floating between units, including Intensive Care and Med/Surg Excellent collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise the delivery of total patient care in collaboration with physicians Lead and direct interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality care across unit types Provide technical imaging support during cardiac procedures Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout procedures Float between various clinical units as required, adjusting quickly to diverse care needs and protocols
