Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Travel Nestled in the scenic heart of Kentucky, travel assignments in Hindman offer healthcare professionals a chance to immerse themselves in the region's charming culture while broadening their skills in advanced imaging and cardiovascular technology. Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:30 (4x10-hour shifts) One weekday off each week (rotates weekly) 8 to 10 days per month of On Call (typically one night weekly and one weekend every three weeks: Friday night through Sunday) Rapid response time required: Must be able to respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech AHA BLS and
AHA ACLS
certifications required ARRT certification and Kentucky license, or willingness to apply upon offer (must submit KY license application upon acceptance) EP lab experience is preferred, though training is offered Valid driver's license required (attach copy with application) Must reside 75+ miles from assignment location
Professional Responsibilities:
Scrubbing for diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures Table panning, procedure preparation, and support with advanced devices (Shockwave, Balloon Pump, Impella, EKOS, Penumbra, ACIST injector) Assisting in device implants—pacemakers and ICDs (single, dual, Bi-V), along with peripheral diagnostics/interventions Cross-train and practice in EP ablation procedures Collaborating with a dedicated team: 2 RNs and 1 Rad Tech per call team Rotation through two Cath Labs and an
