Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible hours tailored to department needs
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient assessments, considering age, development, and cultural factors Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and accurately Obtain pertinent health information from patients and families Prioritize needs and develop individualized treatment plans with input from the healthcare team Implement patient care therapies and procedures with autonomy and across the care continuum Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and alleviating stress or discomfort Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and adjust care as necessary Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee care provided by team members Facilitate patient transitions through admission, transfer, and discharge processes Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
Certification and experience as a Cath Lab Tech; strong imaging background preferred Proficiency with evidence-based clinical practices High level of critical thinking and adaptability Exceptional communication and organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered, holistic care
