Travel Cardiac Catheterization Technologist

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Travel Make a difference in advanced cardiac care as an Imaging Professional specializing in Cath Lab procedures. In this dynamic role, you'll work within a 257-bed hospital recognized for excellence, alongside a team of experienced clinicians dedicated to high standards and innovation. The facility provides exceptional technology, including GE Innova and Impella, and utilizes MacLab and Meditech for documentation.

Schedule:

7:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday STEMI call coverage approximately 10 to 12 days per month Self-scheduling for flexibility

Qualifications:

Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required) Demonstrated Cath Lab experience, including Structural Heart cases, PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP, IFR, and FFR Advanced skillset with

TAVR, PFO

closure, atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, DCCV, TEE, and device implants Familiarity with GE Innova equipment and documentation in MacLab/Meditech systems Ability to float, as needed, to EP and Stress labs Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Responsibilities:

Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a high-acuity setting Support the care of patients in a 7-bed holding area with attention to safety and comfort Document activities accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital protocols Respond to STEMI and high-priority calls with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient experiences Maintain the highest standards of infection control and compliance with dress code requirements (surgical scrubs provided)
