Required Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a CVICU setting Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Effective communicator and team collaborator
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients Continually assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress Manage and operate critical care technology and life support equipment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide patient and family education tailored to complex cardiovascular health needs Support a culture of excellence and patient safety
