Schedule/Hours:

12-hour days Every other weekend required Holidays required No on-call 16 hours of orientation May float to additional ICU units when needed

Qualifications:

Active IL RN license Minimum 3 years of CVICU experience Passing EKG test (80% or higher) Current certifications:

CPR, ACLS, NIHSS

Experience in CVICU, including management of dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, post-cardiac surgery care, cardiac devices (Impella, IABP, LVAD, RVAD), and advanced IV therapy Epic EMR experience Strongly preferred: prior charge nurse experience, device management (Impella, ECMO, LVAD)
