Qualifications:
Valid RN license (State of CT or compact) Minimum of 2 years' recent Cath Lab experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficiency with cath lab equipment and patient monitoring devices Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations and angioplasties Monitor patient status, administer medications, and address emergencies swiftly Maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients and families on post-procedure care
