You'll work alongside seasoned cardiology teams, observe varied approaches to patient care, and strengthen your resume with hands-on experience in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Exposure to new protocols and leadership styles paves the way for continued career advancement while making valuable connections across the industry.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm No on-call requirements
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, efficient care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations Assist with structural heart procedures, peripheral interventions, PPM/ACID implants, and Impella device management Manage pre- and post-procedure patient education and monitoring Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes Adapt to varying workflow and maintain compliance with facility protocols
Desired Background:
Current RN license At least one year of recent cath lab nursing experience Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adjust rapidly to changing patient and procedural needs Willingness to receive a flu vaccine (no exceptions due to policy) Must reside outside a 100 mile radius of the facility
