Full-time:
4x10 hour shifts (days) Weekend, on-call, holiday, and floating coverage as neededKey Qualifications:
Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs and environmentsCore Responsibilities:
Complete thorough patient assessments; review medical history, diagnostics, and laboratory data Collaborate with health team members to develop and implement individualized care and discharge plans Report abnormal findings and engage in patient/family education Ensure care plans are realistic and responsive to patient needs Participate in quality improvement initiatives as part of an interdisciplinary teamBenefits & Perks:
