Schedule/Hours:
Full time; four 10-hour shifts, days Occasional weekend, on-call, and holiday requirements Floating as needed
Qualifications:
Current RN license Minimum of 1 year professional experience in a Cath Lab or similar environment BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and developmental needs Review patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic/laboratory data, collaborating closely with the health care team Communicate abnormal findings promptly to physicians and appropriate caregivers Develop individualized plans of care and discharge plans with input from patients, families, and team members Adapt care approaches to address physical, cultural, psychosocial, and age-specific needs Monitor and reassess patients following established policies and protocols
