Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant coastal charm of La Marque, TX while advancing your expertise as a Cath Lab Technologist on a rewarding 13-week travel assignment. This region blends a rich local culture with easy access to bayside adventures, offering visitors a chance to unwind on picturesque Gulf Coast beaches or explore nearby culinary hotspots during downtime. Working in this busy cardiac catheterization environment offers unparalleled exposure to diverse clinical techniques, a variety of procedural practices, and the opportunity to partner closely with renowned invasive cardiologists and electrophysiologists. Schedule & Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)On-call:
10-14 days per schedule, including some weekends and holidaysKey Qualifications:
Associate of Science degree or completion of a Cardiovascular Technology program Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Electrophysiology experience Proficient in Impella devices Experience with structural heart procedures (TAVR, Watchman/Amulet, PFO closure, MitraClip) Skilled in placement of implanted medical devices (PPMs, IABP) and ICDs Experience in ablation procedures ARRT-R license Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT), Texas BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications Covid vaccination or approved exemption requiredRole Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional technical and patient care during cardiac, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures Scrub, circulate, and monitor complex interventions Perform emergency interventions as part of an expert clinical team Utilize EPIQ ultrasound equipment Attend mandatory orientation and Epic/Cupid trainingBenefits & Perks:
