Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Travel Embark on a dynamic role supporting essential laboratory services within a high-volume, innovative environment. The laboratory team is seeking a talented Clinical Laboratory Technologist with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. You'll be part of a core laboratory team celebrated for operational excellence, professional support, and a strong focus on quality.
Schedule/Hours:
Evening shifts Weekends and holidays included (no on-call duties)
Key Qualifications:
Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required) Minimum of 4 years' experience in a clinical laboratory setting (strongly preferred) Well-versed in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and coagulation Experience in high-volume labs preferred; microbiology experience a plus Skilled in troubleshooting instrumentation and managing workflow efficiently Strong organizational abilities and independent prioritization skills Team-minded spirit willing to collaborate and assist colleagues
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform bench work within chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation Analyze medical samples accurately and efficiently using advanced laboratory systems (Beckman, Abbott, Sysmex, ACL TOPS) Maintain workflow, troubleshoot instruments, and meet high-volume demands Limited exposure to rapid molecular testing may be included in your training Support a collaborative culture, communicating effectively with staff and leveraging team support as needed You will benefit from a robust orientation and training process that ensures you feel well-prepared before independent sign-off. Multiple 13-week opportunities are anticipated as staffing needs continue.
