Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active COTA license in Montana or eligibility for licensure Previous experience in hospital or inpatient therapy settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork abilities Excellent organizational and documentation skills Adaptability and eagerness to learn new approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Support occupational therapy plans designed by OTs Assist patients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises Accurately document patient progress and interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal care outcomes Adjust therapy techniques to suit individual patient needs
