Schedule/Hours:
36 hours guaranteed per week
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current COTA certification and state licensure or eligibility Recent experience in a hospital or similar healthcare environment strongly preferred Proficient in collaborating with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Support patient treatment plans under the supervision of occupational therapists Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor outcomes Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the therapy department Foster a supportive, healing-focused environment for patients
