Travel We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

Must have State License to Apply (Kentucky). 13 week assignment duration required by client. EPIC experience required. Medication reconciliation experience for discharge medication lists required. Experience with antimicrobial stewardship and ability to interpret culture results and make recommendations (UTI, pneumonia, SSTI, etc.) required. Pharmacokinetic dosing management and monitoring experience required. Anticoagulation dosing management and monitoring experience required. Experience maintaining controlled substance accountability and documentation required. Experience with sterile product preparation, labeling, and expiration dating required. Experience conducting unit inspections and pharmacy inventory processes required. 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred.
