Key Responsibilities:

Manage and dispense medications safely and accurately for inpatient populations Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy Utilize EPIC system effectively for accurate patient records and medication management Provide clinical consultations and education to healthcare providers and patients as needed Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with clinical inpatient pharmacy experience Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system is required Strong knowledge of medication therapies, drug interactions, and hospital formularies Excellent communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary setting Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced hospital environment
