Qualifications and Experience:

Valid ARRT certification in Radiography and advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Current state licensure to practice as a radiologic technologist Demonstrated proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and related technology Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Experience in a clinical or hospital imaging setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of CT scans as ordered by medical staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images Assess image quality and collaborate with radiologists for image evaluation Prepare and administer contrast media as required, monitoring for adverse reactions Maintain and document patient records, procedure details, and equipment maintenance Uphold infection control procedures and maintain a clean, organized imaging suite Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process Participate in department quality assurance and improvement initiatives This contract position offers the chance to engage in meaningful patient care while working alongside a supportive medical imaging team.
