This position, ideal for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) seeking a hospital-based role, offers a 13-week engagement with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week to start as soon as possible. As a travel COTA, you'll sharpen your clinical expertise while partnering with clinicians from varied backgrounds. Exposure to innovative therapies and new leadership strategies will help you grow professionally and add breadth to your resume.

Assist occupational therapists in delivering effective therapy services for patients within a hospital environment Implement individualized care plans based on patient goals and physician directives Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Support patient engagement through rehabilitative activities and education Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelinesQualifications:
Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Previous experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred California state licensure or eligibility to obtain Proven skills in patient communication, documentation, and teamwork Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits & Travel Perks:
