Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and cardiovascular teams during complex adult cardiac surgeries. Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot surgical instruments and specialized equipment for cardiac procedures. Ensure a sterile environment and proper supply management within the CVOR. Collaborate closely with RN circulators and anesthesia professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Support preoperative and postoperative processes to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a CVOR Tech, specifically in adult cardiac OR settings. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent, preferred. Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
