This role as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team allows you to utilize your professional nursing expertise in the provision and management of patient care. Flexibility is key, as assignments may include floating to related units within nearby campuses to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You'll use advanced technologies like EPIC EMR, and benefit from a robust orientation program, with start dates available nearly every two weeks so you can align your assignment with your schedule.
Schedule/Hours:
Orientation options available throughout the year on select weekends Workweeks are typically 36-48 hours, with overtime opportunities
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Recent experience in ICU/critical care settings Proficiency with
EPIC EMR
preferred Ability to adapt quickly in new clinical environments Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in the ICU Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Contribute to individualized care planning and patient assessment Maintain accurate and timely documentation Flex to other specialty units within scope when needed
