7A-7P Three 12-hour shifts per week Call possible Float to Stepdown if needed
Qualifications:
Valid RN license
Certifications:
BLS & ACLS
(active) At least 2 years recent critical care experience required Experience with EMR systems preferred (MEDHOST a plus) Able to float to the Stepdown Unit Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill adults in a 27-bed ICU Maintain patient ratios of 2:1 or 3-4:1 as assigned Document accurately using
MEDHOST EMR
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Respond effectively to rapidly changing conditions and participate in on-call rotations Adhere to safety standards and protocols, including appropriate attire (navy scrubs)
