Schedule:
36 hours per week Even split between day and night shifts Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license with ICU specialty Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience Proven ability to deliver quality care in high-acuity settings Strong collaborative skills and adaptability
Core Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care and monitoring for critically ill patients Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document and communicate effectively regarding changes in patient status Utilize advanced equipment and adhere to evidence-based protocols for optimal patient outcomes Support patient and family education throughout admission and discharge processes
