Schedule:

Must be able to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance. Weekly Monday orientation.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active RN license. At least one year of ICU experience. Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills. Ability to adapt quickly and confidently to new settings. Compliance with travel distance requirements (more than 60 miles from facility). Full submission packet required (standard form, resume, self-assessment, and skills checklist).

Core Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for patients in the ICU. Monitor patient status and respond to emergent situations. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary medical team. Educate patients and their families regarding ongoing care needs.
