Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience strongly preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity situations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and document patient status and vital signs Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Safeguard patient safety and respond promptly to emergent situations Educate patients and support systems on care expectations and processes
