Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with opportunities for flexible scheduling
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of practice BLS or equivalent CPR certification, current and in good standing Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred Recent acute care or ICU experience is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients using established care standards and the nursing process Supervise and delegate to nursing staff as needed Analyze assessment data and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Promote a safe, healing environment and provide health education to patients, families, and the team Collaborate with healthcare providers, participate in discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care Maintain compliance with required vaccinations and organizational policies
