Essential Qualifications:

Active RN licensure BLS and ACLS certification Minimum 2 years of recent critical care (ICU) experience EMR proficiency (Medhost preferred) Willingness to wear navy scrubs Must live over 50 miles from

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care to ICU patients (27 beds, ratios 2:1 to 4:1) Float to stepdown unit as required Respond efficiently to rapid changes in patient conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership for optimal patient outcomes Complete accurate EMR documentation
