As a valued ICU RN, your expertise will be crucial at a 47-bed acute care facility serving as a major healthcare provider for the region, where you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of over 300 dedicated employees.
Schedule/Hours:
Weekly orientations held every
Monday Qualifications:
Valid RN license with ICU experience
REQUIRED
relevant certifications at time of submission (as onsite certification is not available) Compliance with New Mexico State requirement: fingerprinting and background check (can begin on a 14-day waiver while results process) Commitment to excellence in patient care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions using advanced clinical judgment Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals Adhere to facility safety protocols and documentation standards
