Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency with CT imaging equipment. Current certification in CT imaging (ARRT preferred). Previous experience performing CT exams and working in radiology desired. Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach. Ability to adapt to new environments and follow established imaging protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform CT examinations according to standardized protocols and patient needs. Support and instruct patients before and during imaging procedures. Evaluate studies for image quality and adhere to established quality standards. Maintain patient safety throughout exams and ensure equipment is properly inspected and cleaned. Promptly report equipment issues, patient complaints, discrepancies, and adverse reactions as per departmental policies. Process images, manage paperwork, and ensure accurate charge documentation. Assist in radiology and other imaging areas as needed. Meet or exceed organizational and regulatory standards, including Joint Commission and Department of Health guidelines. Participate in call or stand-by rotations as required. Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
