Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Advance your career in a dynamic imaging department, working alongside dedicated radiologists and technologists who pride themselves on excellence. This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience in a well-equipped CT unit staffed with a collaborative team supporting top-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
ARRT (CT) certification and current BLS required Proven skills operating GE imaging systems and familiarity with Meditech EMR strongly preferred Additional certifications such as RT (T), ASRT, or FASRT are considered assets Clinical background in performing CT scans, MRI, X-rays, and body imaging studies Excellent communication abilities and strong anatomical/medical knowledge Adaptable with solid multitasking capabilities and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary staff
Schedule:
Contract position; Day and night shifts available; team size may vary with patient volume
Responsibilities:
Conduct a range of imaging procedures, including CT scans, MRI, and X-rays, accurately capturing bone, organ, and tissue images for diagnostic use Adapt protocols for varied patient conditions; manage 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios based on clinical stability Operate state-of-the-art GE equipment, including MRI units, scanners, cameras, and fluoroscopy devices Ensure images meet diagnostic standards and support physicians and radiologists with timely, precise data Document accurately using Meditech EMR and uphold all safety and quality protocols Maintain professional demeanor and contribute to a respectful, high-performance environment
